The serviced residences at Kasa Luntian managed by HII in Tagaytay City are incredibly family-friendly with great value. We had an excellent stay, with marvelous and quiet surroundings just a short distance from a variety of restaurants. the service was great, and the food was amazing.

I had such a pleasant stay at this place. The location was perfect and near all the tourist destinations. The service was outstanding, with staff that were always smiling and willing to assist. The room amenities exceeded my expectations, with a balcony, in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi in rooms. Also, there was a full kitchen with cookware and utensils, electric kettle, and dining table. The leisure swimming pool was an extra perk that I enjoyed after a long day of exploring.

I definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great value for their money.

I had a fantastic stay at the Serviced Residences At Kasa Luntian. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The lobby had a simple yet elegant design that was perfect for snapping Instagram-worthy photos. And when I entered my room, I was amazed by the beautiful interior and the balcony with artificial grass, giving it a nature-inspired ambiance. The pool, while not the largest, was definitely Instagram-worthy. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability paired with the fancy amenities offered at this resort. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but with easy access to the main attractions. The pool area is fantastic with multiple sections and even a heated pool. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom floors were not as clean as we would have liked, and the shower drained slowly. the drainage in the junior suite bathroom was not working properly, which caused water to seep out from the base of the toilet bowl.

It was close to tourist destinations and had a leisure facility that I really enjoyed. the room was very comfortable and had a great view. the bathroom was clean and the service was excellent. I also appreciated the breakfast that was provided each morning and found it to be delicious.
